Six Sigma Green Belt
Job Description
- Responsible for driving existing projects forward, meeting established deadlines, managing expectations of team leaders, team members and project stakeholders
- Supports all team activities including data collection and team documentation
- Utilizes the Six Sigma approach to facilitate and coach existing quality project teams, maintaining focus on improving customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and bottom line business results.
- Develops baseline measurements of quality and performance for projects.
- Leads process improvement projects to measurably improve business performance.
- Assists Master Black Belts and Black Belts in the development of the Six Sigma initiative.
- Utilizes the Six Sigma approach to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Six Sigma Green Belt trained through a reputable program
- Green Belt Certification
- 2 years of experience with Six Sigma Methodology
- 4 years of Project Management experience
- 2 years of experience of basic knowledge of statistical analysis and performance/service level measurement
- 4 years of experience with process design and quality management in service processes
