Six Sigma Green Belt

Job Description

  • Responsible for driving existing projects forward, meeting established deadlines, managing expectations of team leaders, team members and project stakeholders
  • Supports all team activities including data collection and team documentation
     
  • Utilizes the Six Sigma approach to facilitate and coach existing quality project teams, maintaining focus on improving customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and bottom line business results.
     
  • Develops baseline measurements of quality and performance for projects.
     
  • Leads process improvement projects to measurably improve business performance.
     
  • Assists Master Black Belts and Black Belts in the development of the Six Sigma initiative.
     
  • Utilizes the Six Sigma approach to identify improvement opportunities.


Requirements

  • Six Sigma Green Belt trained through a reputable program
  • Green Belt Certification
  • 2 years of experience with Six Sigma Methodology
  • 4 years of Project Management experience
  • 2 years of experience of basic knowledge of statistical analysis and performance/service level measurement
  • 4 years of experience with process design and quality management in service processes
